Paul Jennings was born in England 1943 and he was the eldest of two

children. Paul’s dad was an engineer and Paul helped him make things but he wasn't very good at it.

Paul’s dad insisted on him going to teachers’ college so Paul went to teachers’ college and graduated when he was twenty years old. He began teaching children with disabilities and he worked with children for eleven years.

Paul married and raised four children but he became a single parent when his marriage failed.

In 1984 his eleven year old son complained about the boring book he was reading. Paul decided he would write his own book for him and the following year, at the age of forty-two years old, Paul’s first book was published called ‘Unreal’. More books followed and he became a full time author and a very successful one!.

I admire Paul Jennings books and love his books and I think all of them are unreal!
